Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalDr. Jayanta Ghosh, an entrepreneur, has been a lifelong patron of Academia, and a fellow passenger on the fascinating journey called ‘Life’. If given three words to describe him, it can be stated that he is a motivator, strategist and philanthropist. This book is a tribute and homage to his mother, who had a profound impact on his personal and professional life.
His experiences reinforce the unwritten rule that sons are usually closer to their mothers than their fathers. This book is an informal account of his childhood, boyhood, college and professional life so far, where his mother’s values, guidance, love and memory have been his constant companion. It is a simple narrative of a boy about his mother’s influence, straight from the heart.
This short account of his life is a humble homage to his mother. Her guidance and blessings have always empowered him to navigate life and its challenges. He states that his memory is a source of strength for him even in the most trying of times.
This is an attempt by him to put his feelings into words. Life is a journey, not a destination, at the end of which we realise that it is the small everyday moments of joy that make it worthwhile.
