Vijay Singh Panwar is a resident of Dehradun, the capital of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand and he got all his education from here since childhood. He is a native of remote village Goundar in Rudraprayag District. He is a Bartender Mixologist by profession who makes drinks at bar and entertain his guests.
