Mukesh Kumar Mahapatra lives in a village near Jamshedpur (Jharkhand). After completing his graduation, he went back to his village and has been involved in social work. He currently works as a teacher. He provides education to poor students who can’t afford to pay for it. He feels that only education can bring success to his country. Vande Janani is his first book, in which he is trying to show his love for his motherland and the society and, the sacrifice of the martyrs.
