Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalHave you ever thought of life as a bumpy road that cannot be slowed? That space is a dark unknown which no one can own! That pollution kills hope for life that is worse than killing with a knife? If you are curious to know more, here's an anthology of 20 poems that celebrate life and nature in all its varied hues and colours. It provides a refreshingly new perspective through the eyes of a child on everyday themes like life, family, fire, dogs, pollution, space, etc. The book weaves through different concepts with a simple play of words and presents vivid imagery of the theme to the reader. It also poses searching questions while maintaining the rhyme.

I am not a poet; nor do I claim to have some special qualities for being one. I am like any other seventh-grade school kid surviving the online classes in this coronavirus pandemic. I play online computer games in my spare time. My dad's pre-condition, that I need to earn my gaming kit by writing poems, left me with no option but to write them. Once I started writing, I became interested and wanted to give readers my viewpoints on everyday themes of nature and life. I love to play football and also enjoy playing with my pet dog, Milo, a cute Shih-Tzu. I like to read books and have lots of fun pulling the legs of my older siblings.
