The story, 'Winsome Days' is a tale of two woman friends who meet after a span of ten years in India. The visitor from USA is initiated to farming and other activities in the vast estate of her Indian host. Although she has come on a short visit, she is stranded in India on account of a pandemic.Nevertheless, she adjusts to the new way of life, though temporary, and, when she finally is able to travel, her association with one and all gives rise to a bout of nostalgic memories, which is poignant in itself.
