With over 14 years of professional experience, I have worn many hats in the field of education and beyond. My journey began as a project and process trainer, where I honed my skills in imparting knowledge and facilitating learning experiences. I discovered the immense satisfaction in helping individuals grasp new concepts and develop their potential. It was during this phase that I realized the transformative power of effective learning and development.
My path evolved, and I embraced the role of a mentor and academic facilitator, guiding and motivating students and young professionals towards shared goals. I found joy in seeing my students and team members grow, thrive, and succeed, a sentiment that resonates deeply with the essence of education - fostering growth and success in others. The transition from a trainer to a mentor allowed me to instil the values of learning and continuous improvement in my mentees, a philosophy that has remained a driving force in my journey.
Currently, I find myself in the role of a senior management faculty, a position that allows me to bridge my experiences as a trainer, teacher, and mentor. I have had the privilege of conducting both online and offline sessions, interacting with students and professionals internationally. This role has exposed me to a wide spectrum of learning styles, aspirations, and challenges, fuelling my determination to explore innovative solutions, particularly through the lens of AI.
I am not just an educator; I am a lifelong learner. My passion for knowledge, research, and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends has become an integral part of my identity. In a world where change is constant, and holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration with HR as specialisation, and being qualified as a UGC NET professional in Management Studies, I have embraced change as an opportunity for growth and innovation. AI, with its rapid advancement, has been a subject of fascination and a powerful tool in the realm of education.
