Vishwanath Iyer (Vish) has spent twenty years inside organisations before he wrote about one. He has led Total Rewards, International Mobility, and HR Transformation at senior levels. HR Files is that other story. He now runs XeL, an independent HR advisory firm, where he works with organisations to develop strategies for driving People and Business XeLlence. This is his first novel.
Santosh Bagwe is an experienced human resource professional with three decades of experience in managing human resources in various organizations. Currently, he is working as the Director of HR of Game Change BOS India. Santosh is an avid reader, career mentor, and social entrepreneur in farming and ethnic travel. He lives in Mumbai with his wife, Rashmi, who is also an HR professional.
Tushar is an experienced human resource professional with rich experience in managing human resource capital of multinationals like Saint Gobain, Mott Mac Donalds and CMI FPE. Tushar Kokane is a science graduate from Mumbai University and holds masters in Human Resource Management from ITM Business School. Tushar lives in Mumbai with his wife, Nivedita, and his sons, Vihan & Raghav and his gorgeous parents.
