Charan lal Sahu

been to United States in 1985 & 86 in connection with Bhopal gas tragedy case giants Union Carbides. He appeared before judge Keenan at New York, by virtue of his W.P. in Supreme Court about 150 High Court Judges were appointed. He appeared in Misa case ADM Jabalpur Vs. Shiv Kant Shukla AIR 1976 SC 1207 during emergency against Govt. of India, Mandal Case AIR 1993 SC 477 and Assembly Dissolution cases in Supreme Court. A dynamic Personality in Judiciary and also in social areas holding social position of State, National and International levels and was awarded several honors including National laurel in 1992 and Indira Gandhi Priya Darshani Award 1996 from former President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma.

The Presidential Election Law was amended two times in Parliament and Supreme Court Rules have been amended 3 times due to the above Presidential Election Petitions.
