Devesh believes and follows the mantra of “Tie your shoes and run towards your Goal”. In his last two decades in Sales, he has set goals of growth and work relentlessly towards it with a high dose of passi and attitude to achieve them.
Although Devesh is an Engineer, he diversified his portfolio by trodding into unchartered territories -the IT industry two decades back when it was in its nascent stage in India. This showed his risk-taking ability which worked to his advantage when he decided to further pursue his MBA in Sales and Marketing and later completed an Executive Leadership Program with INSEAD, Singapore. 
Devesh is currently working as Director - Global Alliances and Channels with a UK based software company, Canonical - The publisher of Ubuntu. In this role, he has responsibilities to build and grow the ecosystem of GSI Partners globally. 
Devesh is a Leadership Coach/Co-Founder at Leadership KARD, where he is committed to work with Emerging Leaders and to create a tribe of 1 million Emerging Leaders. He is also the Co-Founder of a Not-for-Profit Organisation called as “Give Back to Community” Trust which works in bridging the educational gap in society by supporting underprivileged, deserving students through technological empowerment in rural India. He is a health enthusiast, a half marathoner and a long-distance cyclist who continues to work to push his limits.
