He is a Fellow, James Martin Centre for Non-Proliferation Studies, San Francisco, USA, and at University of Georgia, U.S.A. on Commodity Identification (Dual Use Items) with reference to components and parts used in nuclear and missile industry. He submitted a paper on the topic “Weaponization of Radioactive Medical Waste” to James Martin Centre for Non- Proliferation Studies. This was subsequently enlarged in scope and published in the International Journal of Nuclear Security. He was also commissioned to do a Book Review of “Underestimated: Our Not So Peaceful Nuclear Future” by Henry D. Sokolski, published by TRACE, University of Tennessee.
