The author was born in 1946, in Ambala Cantt., a prominent town of Haryana, India. Literary and fine traits were inherited by him from his maternal and paternal grandparents. Despite being financially independent, he got ample opportunities to observe the hard struggles of life very closely. His friends have always supported him throughout his life.
