Here we do not find contemporary Arabic short stories in a position to receive attention. Even though we happen to see it on websites, it is often the environment that makes it impossible to read and enjoy it fully.
It is my desire and my mother's brother and writer Hidayatullah's desire that our Tamil readers should also select some good stories to translate into Tamil and consume the scent of Arabic literature in order to overcome that shortcoming.
The first step is to select some good stories under the names of the respective writers
I would like to compile in English and then publish in Tamil.
I hope that through this the Indian readers of various states will also have the opportunity to feel the current of contemporary Arabic literature.
