"It was a wonderful experience interacting with you and appreciate the way you have planned and executed the whole publication process within the agreed timelines.”
Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalDigitization and Artificial Intelligence are at the center of every board room conversation these days. Most CEOs, senior management and boards are less worried about their traditional competitors. The impact of disruption through digitization is real and quantifiable – 52% of Fortune 500 companies have been replaced since 2000.
The task of enabling new digital business models gets exponentially harder as the complexity of systems are greater. Most CIOs, CTOs are struggling with when to start, what to do, and how to meet the expectations of their CEOs and Boards. Design patterns help narrow this gap by documenting a well-working solution to a problem that occurs repeatedly in a given context.
“Enterprise Digitization Patterns” breaks down digital disruption enablers and delivers a cookbook across three key pillars – Digital Experience, Enterprise IoT and Autonomous Systems. The book provides reference architectures, design patterns, maturity models and practical case studies to drive new forms of customer value, business outcomes and business models. The design patterns are distinct or relevant to modern-day enterprise digital platforms that enables enterprise digital business models.

“Narasimhan and Chundury successfully attempt the difficult task of providing a frame of reference for all those interested in disruptive digitization strategies. They have focused on three key areas – digital experiences, autonomous systems and enterprise IoT. Through their own on-the-job experiences, they found the need for a reference compilation of design patterns, reference architectures, maturity models and case studies to help the enterprise digitization architect be successful in their efforts. The experience of the authors clearly shows in how they have approached their effort.”

Author “The Intelligent Enterprise in the Era of Big Data”
‘Enterprise Digitization Patterns’ has been authored at the right time. I believe the book could not only serve as guidance for CIOs & CxOs on digitization but also could provide some insights into relevant use cases. CIOs should recommend this book as one of the must-reads for all their technical architects.

“We rarely find technology authors connect the dots in solving the real-world business problems along with the recent examples with latest technological advancements, that too providing deep architectural level details. Hats off to authors to pull this kind of content into this book. Very insightful, practical and useful for both planning and implementation, a great survival guide to digital businesses.”
