What does business administration science mean? Why do business leaders, managers, CEO , need to learn business administration science? In nowadays organizations, any kinds of businesses must face different challenges from organizational internal , e.g. how to manage staffs efficiency or improve their peformance, how to raise salepeople sale skills etc. or external environment, e.g. how to change strategies to win competitors, how to change advertisement methods to persuade or attract customers' consideration.
Hence, any one business leaders must need have knowledge to predict economic environment when changes, how and why it will change or how to raise themselves products sale effort in marketing, or how to improve staffs performance, how to implement the most efficient strategies to adopt market changes suddenly, even learn non related themselves businesses new technological product knowledge, e.g. future non-manual auto driving vehicle why market needs will be possible increase. So, business administration science may be one kind of innovate new business knowledge to any organizational leaders.
