Sarvesh Dubey
Sarvesh Dubey is an industrial security professional and Director of SCI Securities Services Pvt. Ltd., with over a decade of experience in providing security and risk management solutions to manufacturing and industrial organisations across India.
His work focuses on transforming security from a manpower function into a preventive risk management system through training, operational design, and human-centred leadership practices.
The author is a management graduate from IIPM, Ahmedabad, where he developed a strong foundation in organisational systems, operations and leadership. To complement this, he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas, equipping him with a modern perspective on how technology, data and human decision-making intersect in today’s industries.
Sarvesh is also a Certified ISO Lead Auditor (IRCA), which has strengthened his approach towards systems, compliance, risk assessment and continuous improvement. This background allows him to view security not merely as manpower, but as a process-driven function critical to organisational sustainability.
Sarvesh believes that security is preventive intelligence, not a reactive force. When understood correctly, it protects people, assets, reputation and profit.
This book is his effort to bridge the gap between ground-level reality and leadership-level understanding — written not to impress, but to educate, empower and restore dignity to a profession that stands silently at the foundation of every organisation.
