Dr. Akshay Wayal (Ph.D. in Architecture) is presently working as an Assistant Professor at MIT ADT University, School of Architecture, Pune. He holds a PhD and Master's degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. He has published research papers in various international journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. He is also appointed as a Board of Studies Member at PDEA’s Prof. Ramkrishna More College, Pune, India for a Bachelor of Vocational Studies (B.Voc Interior Design).
Dr. Shobhan Sadhan Kelkar (Ph.D. in Architecture) is working as Professor and Head of The Department at STES’ Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Architecture, Pune. She completed his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch in Architectural and Construction Project Management) and Ph.D. in Architecture. She has a vast academic experience of 24 years in the field of Architecture alomg with professional experience. For her Educational & Professional Experience and dedication in teaching she had been awarded for excellence in academics in 2021 at Architecture & Interior Design Excellence Awards at Bangalore and also Awarded ‘Best Teacher’ by Yashwant Vidyapeeth, Karad in 2015.
Dr. Ajinkya Pradeep Niphadkar is an Associate Professor with over 11 years of experience in the field of Architecture. He holds a PhD and Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. His areas of expertise include water conservation, energy-efficient materials, vernacular architecture, passive cooling techniques, and climate-responsive building designs.
Ajinkya has authored numerous research papers, focusing on tropical climates, building technology, and the integration of sustainable practices in residential and urban design. He has co-authored works on disaster management, affordable housing, and parametric design, and has contributed to several national and international conferences. His research also explores innovative teaching methods for architectural students, particularly for rural backgrounds and Marathi medium candidates.
