My Dil Goes (Vol. 03) shines a revealing light on India’s most urgent social challenges—poverty and hunger, unequal education, broken prison systems, and more. Through sharp observations and heartfelt insights, Dr. Atul Malikram explores the obstacles standing in the way of the nation’s journey to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
But this book is not just about identifying problems. It is a call to action. With sensitivity and depth, My Dil Goes urges readers to reflect, question, and imagine the steps needed to create lasting change—be it reducing inequality, making education accessible to all, or rethinking prison reforms.
More than a collection of ideas, My Dil Goes is a movement—an invitation to every citizen who dreams of a progressive, compassionate, and inclusive India. Read it, share it, and let it awaken the will to build a brighter tomorrow.

Dr. Atul Malikram is a renowned Indian political strategist, PR consultant, author, social worker, and anger management expert whose work spans the worlds of politics, communication, and social change. Born in 1969 in a business family in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, he began his career in public relations in 1999 and went on to establish PR 24x7 in 2006—today one of India’s leading PR agencies. Over the years, Dr. Malikram has earned a reputation as one of the country’s top political strategists, particularly in the Hindi heartland states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Uttar Pradesh. His accurate political predictions, including the historic shift of Jyotiraditya Scindia to the BJP and the forecast of 294 seats for the BJP-led NDA in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, have further cemented his credibility and expertise.
In recognition of his remarkable contributions, Dr. Malikram has been honored with the Godfrey Phillips Red and White Gold Award for bringing positive change to society. He has also received the honorary degree of Doctor of Political Science – Specialization in Political Strategy from California Public University, USA, for his pioneering research on the Evolution of Political Parties: Manifestation in the Hindi Heartland after the Emergency.
Beyond politics, Dr. Malikram is a celebrated author whose works—Dil Se, Gallan Dil Di, Dil Vil, Dil Dasht, and Kasak Dil Ki—have touched thousands of readers with their heartfelt reflections on human emotions and social realities. As an anger management expert, he founded Bhadaas, India’s first anger management café in Indore, offering people a safe space to release stress and rediscover balance.
A passionate social worker, he leads Being Responsible, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to five free programs: Care for Elders, Oil Massage, Dana-Pani, Chhatra Chhaya, and Nange-Paanv. These initiatives provide services ranging from day-care centers for the elderly to bird-water stations and the distribution of essential items like slippers, caps, and raincoats to those in need.
Through his ongoing campaign #2030KaBharat Abhiyan, Dr. Malikram actively supports India’s Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on zero poverty, zero hunger, quality education, and prison reforms. His latest book, My Dil Goes, reflects his deep commitment to these causes, inspiring readers to think, act, and join the movement for a more equal and compassionate India.
