Each page has a health task and a breathing exercise. Users can complete the task and the breathing exercise and bookmark the page so that they can do the next task the next day. Users can do one or more tasks each day and then book mark the page!
Users can skip a task if they can’t do that task and move on to the next task!
And after they reach the end of the tasks, they can start again from the beginning.
There is also a section at the end, for custom tasks, where users can note down tasks that they want to do other than the given tasks and do those tasks regularly in the same manner as the other tasks!
The following health tasks are covered in the tracker:
1 ) Meditation
2 ) Yoga
3 ) Breathing exercise
4 ) Physical exercise
5 ) Eye exercise
6 ) Green tea
7 ) Fasting
8 ) Read a book
9 ) No computer and gadgets day
10 ) Brain exercise and Memorise phone numbers
There are month boxes for the tasks such as Fasting and No computer and Gadgets day.
Users should note down the number of times they completed the task in the month boxes, so that they can keep track of the task. For Fasting, they have to complete the task at least two times in a month! And for No computer and Gadgets day, they should do it at least once a month! Users can complete these tasks regularly so that they can lead a healthy life!

After the success of Whiteboard, the author wanted to develop a simple tool that can help people to keep track of their health tasks and plan their health activities. So, he and his friend who is the co-author, came up with the idea of a health task tracker book that can help people to keep track of their health activities. The tracker can be a very valuable tool to plan and complete health tasks on a regular basis. Every little step we take, will eventually take us to our goal of a healthy life. And Good health is the foundation on which we can make our life successful and happy!
