Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalNavigating The Silent Contract reveals the hidden force shaping every workplace: the psychological contract—the silent set of expectations and trust between leaders and employees. Like the wind that powers a ship, this invisible agreement fuels motivation, resilience, and performance. When honored, teams surge ahead with innovation and loyalty. When broken, they stall, drift, or even resist.
This book gives leaders the keys to unlock that silent power. Through the Psychological Contract Fulfilment (PCF), Personal Resilience Index (PRI), and Organizational Support Index (OSI), you’ll discover how to measure what matters most, repair broken trust, and remove barriers holding people back.
With real-world examples and practical dashboards, Navigating The Silent Contract helps you anticipate storms before they hit, build stronger relationships, and foster cultures where people choose to give their best—not just meet the minimum. The result? Engaged minds, retained talent, and sustainable performance.
Unlock the silent contract, and you unlock your team’s full potential.
