Shishir Madhukar
Well-versed in the poetic expression of various human emotions in very simple, vernacular Hindi, Shishir Madhukar was born at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. After finishing his post-graduation in physics from Meerut University he earned his Ph.D from Banaras Hindu University. He has been working as a Scientific Officer the last 19 years at the Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), New Delhi, under the aegis of the government of India. He recently published his first Hindi poetry book titled Yadon Ke Nasoor, which is easily available for readers online.
