Mr G Joseph holds an M.Com., M.Phil., and PGDCA qualifications. As a meritorious scholar, he secured two Gold Medals, one at PG level and another in M.Phil. Commerce, reflecting consistent academic excellence. Since 2015, he has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Madras Christian College, contributing significantly to teaching, research, and student development. He received professional accreditation from the All-India Management Association in June 2011.His research acumen has earned him two Best Research Paper Awards for innovative studies on ROBOT Banking using the FLOWERSS Model and Inter-Bank Account Number Portability. As a distinguished NCC cadet, he obtained “C” Certificate with First Rank in Madurai (28 TN BN) and was honored as Best Outstanding NCC Cadet at both National and State levels. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals such as Shan lax and the Journal of Innovative Research. His scholarly interests include Augmented Reality in Banking with AI, Video Banking, Technological Banking and Financial Engineering. His paper titled “Challenges for MBA Business Schools and the Need for Academic Quality Enrichment in India” has been recognised as Best Paper at the Asia Pacific Quality Network International Conference. As an interdisciplinary researcher, he has contributed to researches on Blue Economic Development, Green Smart Housing, Green Entrepreneurship, and Eco-Tourism in Bay of Bengal regions. He has guided numerous MBA and UG research projects.
