The author is a civil servant. His early education started in Agriculture. He graduated in B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture. Later he completed his master’s degree in Genetics from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya (BCKV) India.
After completing his education, he joined as a civil servant in Civil Service . He has vast knowledge in serving the people of India.
