Dr. Krishnamurthy Iyer is a Business Strategy Mentor, Behavioral Trainer, and a Mid Life Success Coach. He runs an HR and OD consultancy called “Kartikay Associates”. His first book -“Top Three Secrets of becoming a High Performer”- “get noticed and get promoted” {Available on Amazon and Notion Press} enjoys substantial readership.

Dr. Krishnamurthy Iyer is an engineer turned behavioral scientist, with a career of over 40+ years {Operations for 16 years & HR for 27 years}, in esteemed organizations such as Crompton Greaves Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.  His passion for people development made him embrace Personnel Management and ER at CGL, & later HR at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He retired as the Sr. General Manager for Learning & Organization Development, from the Automotive Sector.

He still teaches, post graduate classes at reputed management colleges-. He also holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi.
