Poornima Shenoy is the CEO of Hummingbird Advisors (www.hummingbirdadvisors.in). Hummingbird Advisors works with technology start-ups. 

She is a director on the boards of a few companies and as an entrepreneur, has successfully built and exited three start-ups. She is the founding President of the India Semiconductor Association and helped in the conceptualization of the Electronic Sector Skills Council of India.

Poornima is an active participant and contributor to the India start-up story in the areas of entrepreneurship, women role models and upskilling for job creation. She is a speaker and jury member at global events on the Indian market and entrepreneurship. Poornima is a British Chevening Scholar for Women in Leadership and Management. She is a TiE Charter Member.

She lives with her family in Bangalore, India.

Supriya Panchangam is a career generalist with a degree in Mathematics from Christ University. She has close to 15 years of experience in building partnerships, brand development and project management. Over the last decade, she has helped enterprises in their formative stages to acquire their first key customers, set up operations and find the right talent. Her last project was leading the execution of GrowtheratorÔ Bangalore, a scaling program for established women-owned enterprises, hosted by GAME.

In the last couple of years, her focus has been to build and manage thriving communities. Informed by her experiences, most notably from the DesignUp conference and the Beachhouse Project, Supriya writes about cohort culture, building communities and advocates the need for exercising a gender lens in program design and brings out the nuances of how it can be leveraged for program success.

She is a multi-medium acrylic artist and lives in Bangalore with her family.
