Rocky Joaquim Noronha is a true believer that everyone gets equal chances to make his life better by overcoming challenges on the way. His upbringing from the struggling lower-middle-class family of barely managing their daily food in his childhood to the growth of helping needy people is staggering. Being keen on self-awareness and its impact on his development has given him a few great learning, which he has penned down in this book. He has over 25 years of experience, managing sales, service and manufacturing and adds the value of practical examples. He wanted to transform people who are struggling on the journey to fortune and happier life. As an author and Coach, his dream is to transform people's lives, bringing a change of belief to influence their continuous growth.
Rocky Noronha has completed MSC, MBA and is a Certified Transformational Coach. He has worked in sales management manufacturing companies in India and is working in service for the Asia Pacific countries in the health industry.
Rocky grew up in a small Village, Morewadi, in the state of Maharashtra in India. He resides in Bangalore with his wife, Elveena, and two children, daughter, Shannon and Son, Jonathan. At the age of 9, he started his hostel life and did additional work to meet the needs and fee. His dad expired when Rocky was 20 years old due to a Brain tumour. His mother passed away due to breast cancer. He is an example of calmness, facing all difficulties and continues with self-motivation to achieve impossible goals.
In his spare time, Rocky enjoys gardening, reading, coaching, cooking and walking. He firmly believes in Meliorism and helps people to unleash their potential.
