Dr. Gyanandre Tripathi is presently Associate Professor G. S. College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous), Jabalpur (M.P.). He completed his Master's degree in Commerce from Jodhpur University (Rajasthan) and M.A. (Eco.) from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. He has done MBA (HR) from AIIMS Nagaland and Ph.D. in farm accounting from Jabalpur University. Dr. Tripathi has written 3 books, contributed chapters in different books and 73 research papers which have been published in International and National Journals. He has completed one minor research project and organized national and International seminars he is life member of Indian Commerce Associated and Indian Accounting Associate more than twenty research scholars have been awarded (Ph.Ds) under his guidance .
Dr. Gyanandre Tripathi is resource person in Academic Staff College UGC-Human Resource Development Center BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Sonipat, Haryana and RDVV, Jabalapur.
He is academic counselor to IGNOU and College of Material Management he is also member of board of studies in different institutes, member Advisory Board in Kendriya Sangathan RO, Jabalpur. He has been a member of selection Committees of College and School as subject experts.
Dr. Abhishikha Patel, Ph.D. in Management from Rani Durgawati Vishvavidhyalay. She did MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. She has completed her Doctoral degree under the supervision of Dr. Gyanandre Tripathi. Her areas of interest are HR management, psychology, education. She has participated in many international –national seminars, international- national conferences and has contributed and presented many research papers. Currently she is working as an Assistant Professor in Management Faculty, Sai College Bhilai Chhattisgarh.
