And you thought sending an eleven-year-old kid to a hostel in a military or Sainik School is cool? Say, at least, for overall development? Not at all. Especially for those pitiable kids, who get just six to seven hours of sleep and undergo a daily dose of physical and psychological torture! But with time, teenage years come forth, and adolescence breaches all barriers that parents, school and society create. Fun is on the house, and deep bonds are created – which grow and last a lifetime!

Amu is more beautiful than her intellect can handle. She enjoys a ‘Cobweb of Boyfriends,’ but loves Hamurabi more than she loves herself. Hamurabi is absolutely committed to Amu and believes in the idea of only-one-lover, which is too outdated for Amu’s lifestyle. Everyone expresses true love differently, nobody has exclusive right to define it, Hamurabi and Amu had theirs. Isn’t true love enough to sustain their relationship at such a tender age?

Find out the secrets of life in a hostel and read an ordinary yet unique love story.

Col N Hemachandra Singh

Colonel Hemachandra has enjoyed writing since his childhood days. Some of his poems were published in his school and college magazines, but most writings have remained within his personal diaries. He proudly claims that his best contribution was towards writing love letters and greeting cards for his friends.

Once commissioned in the Army, he pursued his hobby in military writing. He won a Silver Medal in the Chief of Army Staff’s Essay Competition, where he wrote an essay titled, ‘Qualitative Improvement in Professional Military Education will Induce Richness and Vigour in Indian Military Thinking.’ His article titled ‘Encountering Psychology of Suicide Bomber’ was published in Bombshell Magazine.

Now, he sets foot in the world of fiction as a writer with his first book, entrenched in the belief that ‘Every reader is a stepping stone in his journey that leads to infinity.’
