Shaik Afreen, daughter of Mr. Maqbool Basha and Mrs. Haseena Begum is the compiler of the anthology “Behind the Silence”. She is pursuing her B.Tech in RCEW, Kurnool.She is a very mosaic and entangled person from her childhood with loads of unanswered questions on her mind. She loves reading books, one of her favourite books is ‘ Awaken the Giant Within’. She started writing at a very early age.From small quotes to fiction tales, the journey was very tough. Failed many times, but never stopped to show her emotions in words.
After a lot of hard work, her works began to bear fruit and she started living her dreams with her first anthology Behind the Silence with the help of Dare to Dream. She follows a motto "Good writers know all the rules and follow them. Great writers know all the rules and break them". She expresses her immense gratitude to Dare to Dream and team-Behind The Silence for their generous support.
