Mohd Ashraf Dar

Mohd Ashraf Dar is a Junior Research Fellow of Indian Council of Historical Research New Delhi. He pursued his M.Phil and Ph.D from School of Studies in Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology, Vikram University Ujjain M.P. under the guidance of Dr. Vishwajeet Singh Parmar and Prof. Susmita Pande (Former Chairperson National Monuments Authority of India). The prime field of author's research is Ancient Religion and philosophy especially Buddhism. Author has worked durimg his Ph.D on the theme Buddhism in Ladakh. Presently he is teaching in capacity of guest Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Cluster University of Srinagar.
