He welcomed men into his own battle group during the Kargil War to continue fighting with the same spirit and attitude. Vikram was brought into the world in 1974 in Himachal Pradesh to educators. He was the third of four kids and his twin sibling, who was 14 minutes more youthful than him, was the most youthful.
