Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalNo one is born a good driver. Good driving requires Driver Education, hands-on practice, and a friendly attitude towards other road users.
While there are several components of Road Safety such as, road engineering, vehicle design, police enforcement etc., It is our belief that a well trained defensive driver can drive safely on any type of roadway, in any vehicle, in any traffic condition.
The goal of this book is to make you a safe & defensive driver. With over 130 colour images and written in simple language it makes an interesting and quick read. Though the title says Car driving manual these rules are applicable to all types of vehicles such as trucks, buses, autorickshaws, 2-wheelers, mopeds etc.
In this edition we have also added a whole chapter specific to 2-wheeler safety as bikers constitute nearly 40% of road fatalities in India! In summary, whatever type of vehicle you plan to drive, this book will show you the fundamentals to make you a world class driver. This book is also available in Hindi & Telugu.
