Brinda Srinivas D is a well-known poet in recent times. Her poems appear in almost all leading literary journals. She writes on different aspects of life. In her maiden book ‘Leaves of Olive’, she tried to preach Universal Peace and in her second book ‘Leaves of Nationalism’, she inspired the Spirit of Nationalism. She had also reviewed many poetry books and anthologies. Many of her students were helped by her in composing poems and these young poets are encouraged by her to publish anthologies. Like ‘One of a kind’ by Sinduja Anand, ‘Blue dreams’ by Priyavadana, ‘Verses of an angel’ by Akila, ‘Sparkles of a little heart’ by S. Dhanya, ‘Rainbow of little hearts’ is a compilation poetry by many of the students from Aditya Vidhyashram. She and the other 31 teacher-poets of her group Creative writers have contributed their 169 poems in all in this anthology. And the remaining 31 authors' bioline with photos have been given in the book.
