Catharsis is a collection of heartfelt, relatable and refreshing poetry, mixed with a tiny bit of hope to keep you afloat. It aims to evoke a sense of belonging, and convey a journey through the highs and lows of living.

Catharsis is written by two young poets trying to find themselves and each other through poetry. To us, poetry is a form of expression that provides emotional relief from the harsh struggles of reality. Poetry acts as a segue into our own universe, judgement free, a place where we can explore our inner self. We hope our poetry can resemble an open space where one can escape, let loose, and feel relief. Through our poetry, we also intend to inspire other budding poets to express themselves.
