Sahasranam Kalpathy
Sahasranam Kalpathy is the author of eight books previously on various subject like Short stories for children, an Autobiographical Fiction, a Medical book on ‘Understanding the Electrocardiogram’ ECG and two books on Health Problems in Old age.
His books of Short Stories with morals, mainly for children are named ‘Tell Me A Story, Grandpa’ and ‘Grandpa, Tell Me More Stories.’ His third book ‘In Search of a Bridegroom’ is an Autobiographical fiction based on his personal experiences. He has authored two books in a series dealing with the Health Problems of Elderly persons namely ‘How to face the Health Challenges While Growing Old’ and ‘Old Age Health – Challenges and Solutions’. His book on ‘Understanding the Electrocardiogram’ is a handbook for doctors, medical residents, and nurses.
His last book, which is Part 1 on ‘Understanding Hinduism’ is named “Demystifying Hinduism – A Beginner’s Guide” and deals with the Basic concepts of Hinduism. The book “The Avadhoota – Whispers of Wisdom” is his second book in the series.
He is a retired Cardiologist settled in the U.S.
