Ashok K. Sharma

Dr. Ashok K. Sharma was born in a small Indian village in Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Ph.D from the University of Missouri, USA after his education at the University of Delhi and IIT Delhi. He is a scientist by profession and currently works for a Biomedical Engineering company in Minneapolis, USA.

Ashok K. Sharma has authored several books. His first two books titled: The Inevitable Separation and Srimad Bhagavad Gita: Simplified, were published by Partridge. His third book, The Irrelevant You, was published by Notion Press. 

Most of his writings are a blend of science and theology. The Inevitable Separation provides an understanding of science, religion, equality, individuality, and the nature of life and death; The Irrelevant You deals with more contemporary topics like love and lust, cyclicality of life events, family life, and rejections; while Shrimad Bhagavad Gita: Simplified gives a glimpse into the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita in a condensed form and is designed for ordinary folks who find it difficult to wade through the several voluminous translations of the holy book available in the literature today.
