Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe poems that I have written centre around the struggles I faced in my life, trying to find a meaning if the path leads me so. The poems are poignant and offer a message to the person who has started his/her life and are marred by curiosity. I myself did not find any answers as a grown-up man of twenty and thereafter. I strongly believe that our struggles should be based on actions rather than words and the silence of it all will take us to a place that is more beautiful than we ever expected. The seeds of life are sown when we are young and life demands sweat, toil and pain sometimes without our own fault. In such times we need to bear the pain silently instead of boiling our blood in a vendetta. There have been great people in the world that have found peace of mind and a greater assimilation of life itself. They are the heroes of the world and we are all inspired by them. My poetry is an attempt to celebrate their grand success.
Neeshant Srivastava
Neeshant Srivastava was born in 1974 in the small town of Darbhanga, Bihar. His father served the Indian Air Force when Neeshant was a child. His father was a good writer who got a chance to pursue his passion only after retirement in 1986. Neeshant was encouraged by his father to write after he saw some spark in Neeshant's writing. Neeshant got tied down by his studies and other occupations trying to get into IT after a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Like his father Neeshant found time to read and write after he returned to his home in Patna.
