Mr Rajha Gopalan is a British National of Indian origin, a graduate in Civil Engineering (from CEG Guindy) and a PGD in Management Studies from the UK.
He has five decades of experience in international marketing, project management, technology transfer, investment promotion and carbon transaction advisory services, through his work in UK, USA, Canada, East Africa and India.
During 1984-87 and 1990–2000, he worked as a Development Consultant for projects funded by World Bank, European Union, UNDP, UNIDO, SNV and other Donor Agencies in East Africa.
He has attended UN Conferences on Energy, addressed a number of seminars in Africa and India, published a number of articles on global warming and foreign direct investment in green energy and travelled extensively on business to North America, Western Europe, South Asia, Middle East, Far East, Japan, China and Australia.
