Dieting is a properly planned meal that is not required by everyone, every time. Doctors advise everyone to be careful with their weight if it is increasing or decreasing. Because weight gain is not only harmful but also decreases, weight is also harmful.

·        There should be proper description about his body shape. According to a research byNational Institutes of Health, a woman's waist circumference should not exceed 35 and men's circumference should not exceed 40. It is risky for health.
