Dr. A. Martina Franciska is working as Assistant Professor in Commerce in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram Campus. She started her career in 2011 and for the past 9 years she has worked in various reputed colleges in Tamil Nadu. She cleared UGC NET in commerce in 2011 and she completed Ph.D in 2022. She has published 8 papers in the reputed journals, which includes journals listed in Scopus and presented 3 papers in the conference which includes a presentation in Desh Bhagat University in Punjab. She was a trainer for competitive exams which includes PGTRB, CMA, UGC NET Commerce. She was a recipient of University Rank and ‘Samuga Sirpi’ award for best teacher given on September 5th 2022.
Dr. S. Sahayaselvi is Principal at Holy Cross College (Autonomous), Nagercoil. She worked as a renowed professor in the Department of Commerce, Holy Cross College (Autonomous), Nagercoil for the past 16 years. She was the Head of the department for the past 10 years in the self-financed stream and served as an assistant professor in the aided stream. She cleared NET exam in 2011. She is a professional counsellor. She was the vice principal of Holy Cross College(A) from 2010-2014. She is the president and director of Holy Cross Innovation and Incubation Centre. She was the founder of CrossCom A to Z Tailoring Unit for Women under Start-up scheme of MHRD. To her credit she has completed 2 minor projects and published two books. She is the research guide from 2017 onwards. She is a proud recipient of many prestigious awards like Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Rastriya Puraskar-2019 by Glacier Journal Research foundation, Global Management Council, Ahmedabad. Best Professor Award 2020 by ESN IND-SL International Award, Kandy, Sri Lanka, and Distinguished Women -2020 by Venus International Foundation, Chennai,Research Excellence Award-2021 by Institute of Researchers, Wayanad, Kerala… to name a few.
