Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalMIRLIN ASENGVE (Dying heart) is an anthology of Karbi poems written by Chandrasing Rongpi, poet and writer and also social activist from Jongthung Kro Arong, Balichang, Biswanath, Assam (India) Many Of the poems were dedicated to loving memory of his dear and near ones, who are no more and some are dedicated to those who have given him encouragement and motivation throughout his life. These poems reflect the warmth, admiration love, lost and pains that one has to come across in the course of the journey of life. Some of the poems were written in the memory of his loving father and parents. Though they are no more with him to share his pain and happiness, upon his heart he always feels their presence now and then. Few poems are composed in honor of the motherland, the land that nature has bestowed with beauty and bounty for giving his an opportunity to live a live a life of hope and admiration and a sense of responsibility as a citizen of this great nation and carved out an identity for him self. Few poems are dedicated to his friends and well-wishers. The bygone days of few years he spent with them are memorable to be cherished. Blessing from them come to his in disguise.
CHANDRASING RONGPI
ABOUTH THE EDITOR:
Chandrasing Rongpi is a poet, writer and also social activist. He has published three of his poetry books, Ethak Amanai, Lartamon & Longri Aharchi.
He is the son of Lt. Mohari Rongpi and Charne Beypi. He was born at Jongthung Kro Arong (No.1 Dilichang), on 10th July 1994. He was began his schooling from Dilichang Lower Primary School and he passed his matriculation examination in the year of 2010 and then he studied in Dalongguri Higher Secondary School for class XI & XII and completed his graduation from Biswanath College in the year of 2015 and also completed 2 years D.El.ED (ODL) course 2017-2019 from the study center at Normal School, Sootea in the district of Biswanath, Assam.
Chandrasing Rongpi is also the General Secretary of Karbi Sahitya Sobha, Biswanath District committee and Founder Chief Advisor of Karbi Honghari Youth Council (KHYC), Central committee, Assam.
