This book addresses the daily frustration and struggles individuals experience to cook and wash for their families after a long, stressful day at work. I have practiced the practical approaches, ie the preparation techniques and cooking methods described in these books, over the years. I have successfully reduced my waist and have a great fit for a model. Moreover, it has given me more time with my family as a wife and as a mother. The discovery of these 10 minute recipes was accidentally discovered when I decided not to indulge in unhealthy foods for the general health and fitness of me and my family. I have practiced the practical approaches, ie the preparation techniques and cooking methods described in these books, over the years. I have successfully reduced my waist and have a great fit for a model.
