WING COMMANDER SRIKANTH BALAGANDAR:A veteran spanning over two decades in the Indian Air Force and more than a decade in the corporate landscape, performing military operations, tech intensive projects and specializing in administration, real estate and facility management. Displaying empathetic leadership, he has managed large teams and navigated complex operations all his WorkLife. With an MBA from IIT Delhi and an M Sc in Forensic Sciences, he is also a guest lecturer in numerous colleges imparting soft skills trainings to students and an acknowledged speaker in various Real Estate and Facility Management Conferences. He is also a mentor for numerous startups in the Hyderabad ecosystem and consults corporates to calibrate their ESG journeys. Flair for creative writing has been a lifelong passion and authoring books full time is his present way of life. This book is the first of the many that are in the pipeline. An avid music and film enthusiast in his freetime, his love to network and connect with people and initiate interesting discussions has kindled numerous ideas which could turn to interesting readings in the future.
INDRAJIT SHAW: Indrajit started his corporate journey as a graduate engineer but chose to make sustainability the mainstay of his career very early. Combining his passion for integrating business and environment, he completed his post-graduation and came back to India to take up a series of roles across academia, government, startup, corporate and social sectors to gain a deep understanding of sustainability in an emerging economy context.
