Married to an engineer and a mother of 3 young children, Gayatri also holds a managerial role in Malaysia’s low cost airline, AirAsia. Gayatri, who commutes daily from Penang to Kuala Lumpur in her line of duty, makes it a point to spend quality time with her family. While it was challenging finding the time to assist her father with some of the research for the book, it has been rewarding, she says.
