Mr. Ved Bhatia, MBA (HRM) is a life member of NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management), Kolkata. HRD and Research have been his niche areas.
Post retirement from a Group A post in GOI, where he performed a full range of Personnel and Administrative functions, he functioned as the visiting management faculty to engineering students for over four years at the reputed YMCA Institute of Engineering (now University) and for two and a half years at the Post Graduate Govt. Nehru College, Faridabad, teaching HRM, Organization and Development, Strategic Management to MBA students.
During the above Academic pursuits, Mr. Bhatia also delved deep into research on Ethical Values and many of his articles were published in the reputed Vedic Science Journal (www.vedicscience.net). He has been one of the founding members to set up a Senior Citizen Forum at Close South Nirvana Country, Gurgaon and presently its President.
