Dr Nirmala Shivram Padmavat
Dr. Nirmala Shivram Padmavat/ Dr. Nirmala Hemraj Joshi is an Assistant Professor in the English Department and IQAC coordinator of Nutan Mahavidyalaya, Selu, Dist. Parbhani (MH). She has completed MA (English), B.ed. PGDBM and Ph.D. in ELT. She is currently working as NAAC Advisor across Maharashtra. She has worked in the adult education section and taught adult students in night school for a year. She is a Research Supervisor at Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. One student completed her Ph.D degree under her guidance and four students are working as the research scholar. She has published six chapters, more than 30 research papers in journals, and more than 20 papers in conferences and seminars. Seven books are credited to her name. She has translated one Marathi book into English. She has one Australian Patent on her credit. She received several awards from different registered NGOs.
