Gulu Ezekiel began his journalistic career at Indian Express, Chennai in 1982 having freelanced for two years before that. In 1991 he moved to New Delhi and was sports editor at Asian Age, NDTV and indya.com. He has authored best selling biographies of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Mahendra Singh Dhoni. His latest book released in March 2021 is Myth-Busting: Indian Cricket Behind the Headlines (Rupa Publications).
