Hemant Parulekar is a dedicated architect and urban planner with a passion for shaping the built environment. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the esteemed Goa College of Architecture (Goa University) in 2010, laying the foundation for his illustrious career. Seeking further expertise, he pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Planning and Development from IGNOU in 2019, broadening his knowledge and skills in city planning.
Hemant's professional journey has been diverse and enriching. He commenced his career under the mentorship of renowned architect Ar. Anil Patil, gaining valuable experience in architectural design and project liaison. Subsequently, he ventured into the corporate realm, contributing his expertise to esteemed firms such as Omkar Realtors and Developers, Pashmina Developers, and Dheeraj Realty, all based in Mumbai city.
Currently, Hemant serves as a Planning Assistant at the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (MSRDC) since 2018. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in the Corporation, contributing significantly to infrastructure development in Maharashtra.
