Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalIs there anyone who doesn't want to be happy? You will not be able to find any one. It is true that each one of us is fighting for his right to be happy. This life has become a battle to fulfill their needs and be happy again. We are all fighting in our unconsciousness for happiness. However, we do not know the reason behind this unhappiness in our lives. It is the result of an endless fight for happiness. We should realize the reasons that become an obstacle in our path of happiness and then we should try to eliminate those causes from the root and be happy.
"Happiness is a game of euphoric emotions played by players who know how to deal with unhappy events and celebrate the happiest"
When I was in eight standards, I was suffering from emotional stress due to varying domestic stresses. Once I asked my mother what happiness is. He looked at me and said, "This is the absence of pain." Then I asked how we can get relief from pain and he said start helping others, it will help you to stay satisfied and satisfaction is a path that turns into happiness. This was the main time in my life when I learned to give happiness to others which gives me both satisfaction and happiness.
