She was a post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) to Indian Council Of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Human Resource and Development, New Delhi, India, She has been awarded the junior fellow in the field of literary Arts, Department of culture, Ministry of tourism and culture, New Delhi, India, 2006. She worked as Research Associate, School of Women’s Studies, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. She authored books ‘A GLIMPS OF Manipur literary works, King Kiyamba to Maharaja Chandrakriti, Life and works of Bhaktiswarupa Thoudam Damodar Swami, science and spirituality, Short Essays on Women and Society: Manipuri women through the century and Mystery of nine; Silhouette memoir of life.
She is a passionate and sensual writer. She loves to explore the ardent emotional powers and loves to write about the admiring violent impetus curbing the whole wild nature as well as the unique female cosmos, holiness. She is a Life member of Indian Sociological Society (ISS) and The Cultural Forum, Manipur.
