Ruchi Verma is currently head of Global Sales at Ericsson and leads a team of employees in Sweden, UK, Ireland, Singapore, Spain and India. Ruchi is currently based out of Sweden. Ruchi has been part of various advisory boards and intrapreneurial stints in Smart city and IoT. Academically, she has done management from IIM Bangalore and engineering from JEC and MS from BITS Pilani hence professionally she enjoys bridging business with technology. Personally, she has a passion to bring impact in people’s life by inspiring, empowering and connecting. She has over 20 years of experience in a variety of roles including sales, consulting, business development and product management.
Elena Fersman is a Vice President, Head of Global AI Accelerator and Head of Ericsson Silicon Valley Site at Ericsson. She is responsible for a distributed team based in the USA, Sweden, India and Canada. Elena is a docent and an adjunct professor in Cyber-Physical Systems specialized in Automation at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Uppsala University, an MBA from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and did a postdoc at the University Paris-Saclay. At Ericsson, she had various positions ranging from product management to research leadership.
